Our firm is comprised of award-winning predictive modelers, experienced data analysts, advanced technologists, and a group of dynamic business professionals.</p><p>The <strong>IT Support Administrator&nbsp;</strong>will be responsible for ensuring all Voloridge employees have all resources needed to perform their daily job functions as efficiently and effectively as possible.  </p><p><strong>Summary of Job Functions</strong>  </p><ul>  <li>Answer user inquiries via Phone, Email, Tickets or      in person regarding computer software or hardware operation to resolve      problems in accordance with agreed upon SLA’s  </li><li>Set up equipment for employee use, performing or      ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, and software</li><li>Manage hardware/software/license acquisition and renewal process for all company assets</li><li>Install and perform minor repairs to hardware,      software, or peripheral equipment, following design or installation      specifications  </li><li>Maintain computer Images and use for deployment of      new and system upgrades as necessary including appropriate documentation  </li><li>Assist in the creation of Standard Operating      Procedures for all processes required to maintain the user environment      covering laptop build, user creation and all system installations</li><li>Work closely with our IT team to ensure that all systems are following security and audit requirements</li><li>Record all incidents and requests into Helpdesk system for audit and review ensuring accurate details and categorizations are logged</li><li>Maintain inventory of all hardware and software systems</li><li>Communicate effectively with all internal associates, including trading, research, management, development, and operations personnel</li><li>Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned</li><li>Refer major hardware or software problems or      defective products to vendors or technicians for service</li><li>Develop training materials and procedures, or      train users in the proper use of hardware or software</li></ul><p>&nbsp;<strong>Minimum Requirements</strong><br></p><ul>  <li>3+ years of experience with 1st      line technical support and managing user requests  </li><li>3+ years of experience      troubleshooting computer problems</li><li>Proficient TCP/IP networking knowledge&nbsp;</li><li>Windows 10/11 Desktop Support</li><li>Experience managing new user      setup from procurement through onboarding and training  </li><li>The ability to work daily, onsite      in our Jupiter office   </li><li>High level of analytical thinking      to solve problems   </li><li>High level of communication to      all levels of business </li></ul><p>&nbsp;<strong>Preferred Skills and Previous Experience</strong></p><ul><li>Mac Desktop support</li><li>Microsoft IT Support Specialist / CompTIA A+ certifications</li><li>Experience working with a trading / financial / investment / accounting company  </li></ul><p><strong>Compensation and Benefits</strong></p><ul><li>Highly competitive base salary</li><li>Profit sharing bonus</li><li>Health, dental, vision, life, disability insurance</li><li>401K</li></ul><p>Voloridge Investment Management is an SEC registered investment advisor and an Equal Opportunity Employer.
