Head of Campus Recruiting – Research

We are seeking an experienced, collaborative, highly motivated Head of Campus Recruiting – Research to build out and lead campus recruiting for our investment research roles including quantitative researchers and quantitative developers. This professional will report to the Chief Marketing Officer.
Summary of Job Functions
- Source, develop, and manage key university relationships including career services, faculty members, and other stakeholders to identify and source top undergraduate, masters, PhD, and post-doctoral candidates for investment team roles
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for all of VIM’s investment team roles
- Develop and manage a tiered school plan for all target schools that include measurable goals and performance reporting
- Design, manage, and execute campus events including company presentations, tech talks, 1 on 1 interviews, career fairs, and coffee chats at target schools
- Develop and execute a campus marketing strategy including collateral development, delivery cadence, and digital communications
- Serve as a Voloridge brand ambassador on all college campuses and direct candidate pipelines
- Develop strong relationships with key internal stakeholders including senior leadership, hiring managers, business development, and human resources
- Design, manage, and execute potential new onsite recruiting events in Jupiter including data science boot camp, competitions, and others
- Build, track, and maintain performance data such as yields, conversion metrics, and other key indicators to guide strategic decision making
- Direct sourcing of investment team candidates via LinkedIn and other professional networks
- Utilize ATS and recruitment tools to manage candidate data
Minimum Requirements
- Ability to work onsite in our Jupiter, Florida office (not a remote role)
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in business administration, marketing, psychology, or other related fields
- 5+ years of recruiting experience in asset management, consulting, or banking
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, Handshake, ATS platforms, and sourcing tools
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and manage multiple hiring initiatives in a fast-paced environment
