Health Product Management Intern 2026

As a Product Management Intern, you will be an integral part of the Business-to-Business product team, working closely with the Product Manager and Director of Engineering. This role focuses on supporting the setup, configuration, and documentation of scalable API customer support workflow. You will gain hands-on experience in product operations, platform configuration, process design, and cross-functional collaboration.
Summary of Job Functions
- Conduct market and competitive research to identify industry trends and customer needs
- Partner with Product Managers and Software Engineers to define product requirements and feature specifications
- Assist in configuring Zendesk core features, including ticket forms, tags and custom fields, dashboards, and automations
- Contribute to and support product roadmap development lifecycle, from ideation through launch and iteration
- Define ticket categories, intake standards, queue structures, and custom SLAs to support multiple B2B customers
- Document support workflows, escalation paths, ownership models, and operational best practices
- Create clear internal documentation and handoff materials to support scalability and long-term adoption
Minimum Requirements
- Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Product Management, Engineering or related discipline
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and interpret complex information
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong project management capabilities
- Ability to work on-site in Jupiter, Florida
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Experience with customer support platforms, such as Zendesk
- Experience or familiarity with any of the following: Figma, PowerBI, Tableau
- Experience with APIs or B2B SaaS products
