As a critical member of the Investor Relations team, the Investor Relations Associate will serve as primary support for Voloridge’s investor relations function.  At Voloridge, we are passionate about expanding our knowledge and capabilities. Summary of Job Functions

• Manage all aspects of investor trade processing including subscriptions, transfers, and redemptions while also maintaining trade documentation records
• Coordinate with our fund administrator to ensure correct and timely execution of trades and adherence to compliance requirements
• Manage prospective and current investor due diligence questionnaires in coordination with subject matter experts throughout the Firm
• Maintain and produce internal reporting for investor considerations including thresholds and fund flows
• Maintain and calculate data used in IR reporting (AUM and investor statistics) for various recurring reporting requirements for investors
• Manage investor document portal access and permissions, as well as the distribution of select documents and communications

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 5+ years of relevant experience preferably in hedge fund, private equity, or fund administration, but also could include banking or other financial services
• Extreme attention to detail
• Client service oriented
• Excellent interpersonal communication and teamwork skills (written and verbal)
• Strong relationship and client management skills
• Ability to execute and prioritize multiple tasks under tight deadlines
• Process driven with an ability to work independently
• Highly proficient with Office suite of products including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Possess basic accounting principles Proficiency with Adobe Pro and CRMs, Backstop experience is a plus
