Product Manager


The product management team develops and manages complex proprietary financial software systems. The PM works with stakeholders, users, and development teams to gather, define, document, and prioritize requirements. The PM will also supervise Technical Product Owners, set vision and strategy of products, ensure appropriate documentation, establish acceptance criteria for deliverables and ensure verification prior to release. The PM will oversee timelines and coordination of releases, be responsible for the outcome, identify potential risks in the requirements process, own the creative process and gather ideas from users. The PM will understand and articulate the business value and intent of the product to the team as well as schedule and lead ceremonies related to the development methodology. 

Minimum requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration or closely related field. 
  • Five (5) years of experience in financial industry software management as a Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Project Manager, in an agile development organization. 
  • Experience must include: use of Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban); technical diagraming and mocking tools (MS Visio, Balsamiq, Blend); tracking system (Rally, TFS, or Jira). 
  • Solid understanding of trading equities or futures. Good command of MS Office suite.
