Voloridge Health is seeking a Product Designer to provide in-house user experience expertise to design mobile and web application features for Voloridge Health products. The ideal Product Designer candidate will have a passion for finding solutions that allow customers to intuitively use our products. Summary of Job Functions

The Product Designer will be responsible for the following:

• Creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate UI/UX design ideas and concepts
• Conducting user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and inform design decisions
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to communicate UI/UX concept designs and implement user-centered solutions for mobile and web applications, with an emphasis on mobile applications
• Iterating on UI/UX designs based on feedback from users and stakeholders to continually improve the user experience
• Translating the goal of the product into a functional user experience throughout each stage of the product life cycle
• Ensuring consistency and adherence to design standards and best practices across all digital products
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our products remain competitive and innovative

 Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Engineering, or another related field
• Minimum 5 years of UX design experience for mobile product design
• Must have an understanding of native mobile app design guidelines for iOS and Android
• Proficiency in digital design tools, such as Figma
• Experience in all phases of the user experience design process including user research, copywriting, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, interaction design, and usability testing
• Ability to collect and interpret both qualitative and quantitative feedback
• A well-rounded UI/UX portfolio of client work, demonstrating a strong understanding of client objectives
• Leadership and creative problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail

Preferred Skills or Experience 

• Ability to work with and/or manage external designers
• Experience with marketing and/or communication design
• Experience managing consumer products leveraging AI, machine learning, and personalization, with a proven track record of prioritizing and successfully launching impactful products
• Strong data analysis skills to inform design decisions
• Working knowledge of interactive design, animation, and illustration
• Ability to work on-site in Jupiter, Florida
